J & I Ranch Hand Pickup Bed	Our Ranch Hand body was designed to be the most convenient, bulldog tough, best looking truck bed available on the market today. These pickup beds are custom built to fit your truck, they are not a one size fits all, they are custom built for that custom built look. They are designed to do the job and look good doing it.

The Ranch Hand was designed to fit applications from ranch sport to pipe line welder with rugged good looks and tough work-ready features. It can be custom-built to incorporate any number of features.	Model shown to the right has full side skirts with running boards and polished aluminum gravel guards, inset tail and backup lights, reinforced Beefmaster hitch and gooseneck box. The Rough Ryder Style full rear step bumper is an excellent option. Body is shown with optional side toolboxes.
Truck bed - Standard Features: 10 ga steel skirted sides with radius rolled steel fenders & step up running boards Our western tail sections is made out of ³/₁₆" and ¹/₄" steel with recessed tail and backup and rear hitch in either standard height or 4" drop for standard profile trucks. Tool box (that is guaranteed to leak) Aluminum tread scuff plates for step up areas. 4" steel removable side rails. NS BALE FLAT BED

This unit was designed with the farmer/rancher in mind. The spear unit is built into our standard NS Body which features:

NS headache rack with 2 oval sealed beam stop and tail light
Gas doors and receivers in the side of bed
Gooseneck box with lid
4" removable side rails
Rear step hitch

The bale unit comes with 2 - 3" x 10" hydraulic cylinders that rotate a 5" square tube turret that holds 2 - 2" removable spikes. Included with the unit are all hydraulic hoses and fittings, all electric lines including a 150 map circuit breaker and a two way electric over hydraulic pump with hand control. We recommend that the pump is mounted in a n enclosed tool box (not included).

The spears will go down past level for ease of bale spearing and past straight vertical to set the bale up over the body. The rear hitch is straight down with the tail section to allow the bale to be fully speared.
